    ASSISTANT CONTROLLER

    Summary:
    Assist Controller in the financial affairs of the organization. Responsible for supervising accounting staff and managing day to day accounting operations. Perform month-end closing, financial reporting, staff training, and recommendations to department efficiency, accuracy and customer service.

    NETWORK SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

    Summary:
    Performs remote troubleshooting (level 1 and above) and dispatch on incoming phone support requests. Investigates and resolves computer software and hardware problems and provides application software testing for standard desktop applications and business unit applications. Performs deployments and diagnostics. Maintains business server and network systems.

    SENIOR CONSULTANT

    Summary:
    Responsible for providing consulting services for core infrastructure projects, including server and desktop virtualization (HyperV, VMware, Citrix), storage area networks and Microsoft infrastructure related applications (Exchange, Active Directory, Sharepoint, System Center). This includes architecting, designing and configuring technical solutions for customer requirements. Perform on site client work for installations and long term support contracts. Assist with the ordering process of all infrastructure related hardware and software.

    SYSTEMS ANALYST

    Summary:
    Maintain business server and network systems.  Responsibilities include patch management, user, file and print administration, documentation, upgrading, migrations, and troubleshooting.  Manage the coordination of projects and technologies between infrastructure design and server/application. The secondary function of the Systems Analyst will be to take support calls on the Support Desk when Network Support Technician staffing is insufficient to meet service level expectations.  They will also serve as an escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved by Network Support Technicians.
