    NETWORK ENGINEER

    Duties:

    Individual will work with the Managed Services team to plan, design, install, monitor and troubleshoot a large service provider WAN.  Daily tasks include network documentation, network performance monitoring and circuit troubleshooting. Additional duties include designing, implementing and supporting customer networks with varying complexity. 

    Education/Experience:

    • Associates degree in computer science or related field; bachelors degree preferred. 
    • Minimum 2 years of computer networking experience required.
    • Must possess knowledge and experience in desiging, implementing, and/or maintaining a network infrastructure.
    • Must possess knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, applications, networking, computer desktop hardware, and local/network printing.
    • Must possess an understanding of networking technologies/solutions, concepts (i.e. - OSPF, BGP, MPLS, QoS, VoIP, WLAN, Encription, etc)  
    • Equivalent amount of education, experience, and/or training will be considered

    SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

    Duties:

    The Systems Administrator will work as a team member to maintain approximately 200+ servers split between two Data Centers. Responsibilities include patch management, user file and print administration, documentation, upgrading, migrations, and troubleshooting. He/she will manage the coordination of projects and technologies between infrastructure design and server/application. Individual will also manage and maintain a VMware environment comprising of HP blade servers and multiple SAN's (HP LH and NFS). Individual must be proficient in MS Exchange 2003/2007, Active Directory, Commvault, and Linux to support the day-to-day operations of the data center. 

    The Systems Administrator will also assist with pre-sales engineering and project management duties for departmental projects. He/she will be required to plan, implement, and support small to medium sized IT projects. Clear communication with clients and fellow engineers is critical. 

    Education/Experience: 

    • Associate’s Degree in IT or related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 
    • Minimum 4 years System Administration experience.
    • Must possess knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and/or maintaining a MS Windows Active Directory Forest
    • Must possess in-depth knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, applications, networking, computer desktop hardware, and local/network printing. 
    • Equivalent amount of education, experience and/or training will be considered.

    MANAGED SERVICES MANAGER

    Duties:

    Individual will lead the Managed Services team to plan, design, install, monitor and trouble-shoot all infrastructure related to Managed Services offerings. Tasks include but not limited to researching new technologies and offerings to improve/add-on services to customers. Individual is responsible for licensing compliance (relating to Manged Service offerings), services pricing, pre-sales engineering and billing. Additional duties include being the network engineering technical lead, assisting with network design, implementation and support of customer networks with varying complexity. Individual must mentor network engineers and act as their tier III support. 

    Education/Experience: 

    • Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field or Business is preferred
    • Minimum 4 years networking experience
    • Minimum 2 years of managment experience
    • Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, applications, networking, computer desktop hardware, and local/network printing required. 
    • Must possess knowledge of cloud computing technologies/solutions/concepts (i.e Hypervisor technologies, SAN, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, software licensing, etc.)
    • Must possess in-depth knowledge of networking hardware across various vendors (i.e. Cisco, HP, Sonicwall, Fortinet, etc.)
    • Equivalent amount of education, experience and/or training will be considered.
